TrendiFi provides an AI-powered content generation API that transforms raw data into structured insights. These terms govern your use of our website, API, and all related services.

Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. TrendiFi cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Multiple Accounts Warning

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or to obtain additional free sign-up tokens is strictly prohibited. Such behavior will result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright or trademark laws.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use TrendiFi to:

  • Generate, distribute, or promote illegal content
  • Create content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or other service restrictions
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the service
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from our service outside of the official API

Important Notice

Generating illegal content or using our service for illegal purposes will result in immediate account termination. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

API Usage

Your use of the TrendiFi API is subject to the following conditions:

  • You may not share your API keys with third parties
  • You must respect rate limits and other usage restrictions
  • We reserve the right to throttle or block API access that negatively impacts our service
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the API at any time. We will strive to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
